We charge an evaluation fee of $50 payable by check, Visa or American Express.
If we are able to do the recovery then we charge an additional $750 for a standard IDE Desktop hard drive 400 gig or smaller. If the drive is larger than 400 gigs for a desktop hard drive we only charge for parts.
The evaluation will take 7 business days for testing and results where we do a six pass inspection on the drive to determine the problem and possible solution.
